Google had unveiled a new high end revolutionary laptop, Chromebook
Pixel which boost of a high resolution screen of 2,560 by 1700 and a touch
screen. This is Google’s first project
in the computer market on its own. The expectations are very high for this
laptop and I am really hoping that it can live up to the hype.
Chromebook Pixel unites both laptop and tablet technology
with high-end Intel microchips and a graphic rich 13-inch display of high resolution.
Its configuration is even better than
the Mac book pro series by Apple.
The laptop is powered by a powerful Intel Core i5
processor. It has a 4 GB RAM and a 32GB flash storage. For those who purchase the computer, Google
provide a sweet 1TB storage space. Chromebook Pixel is build from a LTE-enabled
version of anodized alloy of the metal aluminum which enables it to connect to
some high speed wireless and cellular networks.
Google is reported to be working with many 3rd
party application developers to build the programs for the Chromebook Pixel.
The initial Chromebook was launched by Google in the middle of 2010 with the OS
by windows. Many giants of PC market like
HP, Lenovo, Acer, Samsung are already making the chromebook.
Though Pixel’s main rival is the Apple’s MacBook series,
it is still facing high competition from the latest touch screen laptops
working on Windows 8. You can purchase this Laptop at Google Play for a price
of $1, 299 for Wi-Fi version and $1,449 for the LTE-version
